The company's legal form, registration and contact details are on the Company details page.
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, your email address and your message; your organisation is optional. The required fields let us understand and answer your enquiry; without them the form cannot send a message, and you can email us directly instead. Before a message is sent, the server checks only that the domain of your email address can receive mail (a public DNS lookup of the domain, not of you), so that our reply can reach you.
When you book a consultation session, you enter your name and email address on the booking page provided by Google Calendar and pay through Stripe. Google and Stripe receive that information under their own policies, described below. This website receives the appointment confirmation, not your card details.
Please do not include identity documents, financial credentials, sensitive personal information or confidential project files in a first enquiry. This website offers no visitor accounts.
Purposes and legal bases
We use your enquiry to understand your request and reply. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where you write on behalf of an organisation, our legitimate interest in answering business correspondence is the basis under Article 6(1)(f). Booking and holding a consultation session rests on the contract for that session, Article 6(1)(b).
Protecting the website against spam and misuse serves our legitimate interest in keeping communications secure. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Sending an enquiry does not add you to any mailing list.
Technical information
Loading a page sends technical information to the hosting service: your IP address, the requested address, the time of the request and your browser. This is needed to deliver the pages and keep the website secure. Advertising trackers and Google Analytics are not installed. Optional aggregate page counts, which record daily totals by page and screen size without visitor identifiers, are switched off in this version.
The contact form uses a hidden spam field and a short-lived request limit based on your IP address, kept in the server's memory. The limit does not build a profile. Enquiry text is not stored in a website database; messages are delivered by email.
Service providers and transfers
Enquiries reach the people authorised by AEC at office@consultauthentic.com. The company's mailbox is provided by Google Workspace. The website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd (website hosting), and enquiry emails are delivered through Resend, Inc. (delivery of enquiry emails). These providers process the data needed to operate their services on our behalf. Information may be disclosed to competent authorities where the law requires it.
Consultation sessions are booked on a booking page operated by Google Ireland Limited (Google Calendar) and paid through Stripe Payments Europe Limited, which processes the payment on its own responsibility; see the Google privacy policy (opens in a new tab) and the Stripe privacy policy (opens in a new tab). On the Book page the calendar is loaded from Google only after you accept third-party content or select Show available times; Google then receives technical connection data such as your IP address.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer rests on the European Commission's adequacy decisions, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers, or on the standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for details at office@consultauthentic.com.
How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it takes to resolve your request and any follow-up you ask for. If an enquiry leads to an engagement, the correspondence becomes part of the client file and is kept for the duration of the engagement and the periods required by Romanian accounting and tax law. Information needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim may be kept until the claim is settled.
The request limit of the contact form expires within the hour. Hosting logs are kept by the provider for its security purposes for a limited period.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you can ask for access to your information, its correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.
Send requests to office@consultauthentic.com. We may ask for the minimum additional information needed to confirm your identity where there is reasonable doubt. Requests are handled free of charge, normally within one month; for complex or numerous requests the law allows an extension, of which you are informed within the first month. This website makes no automated decisions and does not profile visitors.
You may complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (opens in a new tab), or to another competent supervisory authority.
Scope and updates
