Authentic European Consulting is a Bucharest-based consultancy specialising in European funding. We help NGOs, businesses, universities, and public authorities plan, fund, and deliver projects with a clear purpose.

We begin where most applications go wrong: with the idea itself. Before a single form is opened, we test the purpose, the partners and the budget against the logic of the programme and the criteria of its evaluators, so the proposal argues a case instead of filling a template.
From there the work can run the whole course. We map the calls worth your time, across Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, CERV, ESF+, LIFE and EU4Health, build the consortium, write and review the proposal, then set up the reporting and delivery that keep a grant once it is won.
We are based in Bucharest and work in English with NGOs, companies, universities and public authorities across the EU, the Balkans and Eastern Europe. Every project is held to the rules of its own programme and country, because that is where funding is lost, and where it is protected.
